TWIN RIVER RIDING ACADAMEY

Twin Rivers offers students a fantastic environment to learn the pleasure of horsemanship. From beginner to advanced riders, we are pleased to provide a safe and fun equestrian center in which to promote learning.

Quality is what we offer, from our qualified teaching staff, great horses, to our large facility. Teaching safe horsemanship is very important to us here at Twin Rivers.

FORMING GREAT RIDERS IS OUR GOAL

Lessons are held at our 38 acre Equestrian Center which includes:

  • 31,000 sq ft barn
  • 216' x 80' indoor riding ring
  • 30 12'x12' stalls
  • 2 wash bays
  • 4 grooming stall
  • 2 washrooms 1 with shower
  • heated viewing room
  • 6 acre derby field.


Twin Rivers is the right spot for your child, from our lead line lessons all the way ip to our advanced level.

New students are asked to take one introduction lesson to best determine the right program for them. Introduction lessons will also have to be taken until the student can properly groom and tack up a horse, usually 2 to 4 lessons.

We require riders to wear a boot with a heel. Helmets are supplied by Twin Rivers, but students looking to continue ridding are encouraged to purchase teir own. Students should have 20 minutes before and after a lesson to groom and to tack up their horses.


After completing the introduction lesson, students can choose between monthly group lesson packages or monthly private lesson packages. Monthly packages are offered at a discounted rate, but for those who find it hard to commit each week, we also offer single group or single private lessons. These packages will be billed and are due at the beginning of every month. Practice rides are available but must be scheduled in advance. These rides are not directly supervised, thus Twin Rivers reserves the right to approve or deny a practice ride based on the level of the rider.

Group lesson monthly package
1 lesson or more a week with 2 to 4 other students 45 minutes $38.00 per lesson

Private lesson monthly package
1 lesson or more a week 1/2 hour $48.00

Single group lesson $45.00 per lesson
Single private lesson $55.00 per lesson

Practice rides 1 hour $25.00 per ride

Twin Rivers requires 24 hour notice to cancel a lesson due to illness. Twin Rivers will not refund fees for any missed lessons. When 24 hour notice is not given the student forfeits the right to make up that lesson. When 24 hour notice is given the lesson can be made up. The student will have 7 days to make up the lesson.
